Base Rate - Weekday (Mon-Thurs)

• 2 Hrs: $95

• 4 Hrs: $165

• All Day: $650

Base Rate - Weekend (Fri-Sat)

• 2 Hrs: $165

• 4 Hrs: $300

• All Day (8hrs): $1,000

Add-Ons

• AV/Tech - Renter Use - $75

• AV/Tech - with Bridgetown engineer - $40/hour

We can set the space up in several different ways for your event needs, including rowed seating for concerts/screenings or table seating. Please provide info about your set up hopes in the form above.
