Small groups of 10-20 people gather every other week for a big family meal, fun and intentional community. By "intentional," we mean actively pursuing, serving and welcoming one another and our neighbor. Each group is led by trained leaders with a passion for hospitality and cultivating community. We currently have the following groups, and plan to add more as we grow!

Cohorts are groups of three to five men or women from a Community Group who will gather together around practices where God's grace runs deep: praying for one another, listening to Scripture and applying it together, and having intentional conversations where we hear one another's fears and failures and encourage each other to see, trust, and live in light of the good news of who we are in Jesus. For more about our vision for Cohorts, see this FAQ, this blog post, or contact us to chat about it.
New Cohorts begin when trained Cohort leaders become available and enough people express interest. If you're interested in participating in a Cohort, please follow these steps:
- Read the Cohort Field Manual.
- Complete the New Cohort Participant Survey.
- Optional: if you're interested in leading a Cohort, complete the Cohort Leader Applicant Questionnaire.
Cohorts schedule themselves in concert with Community Group events in a way that allows for participation in both, maintains margins in our lives for hospitality to our neighbors, and is frequent enough that deep transformational community can take shape. This typically looks like meeting every-other-week on off-weeks from Community Group, but each group has the freedom to schedule its meetings around members' schedules.
